5 items total — any 5 apparel items. A hat is optional.
One of each, not two of the same — a few select items (mainly outerwear) are limited to 1 per order. Mix different items freely; you just can’t order two of the same one.
Provided at no charge — nothing to pay, and shipping is free.
Custom-decorated apparel must be ordered by August 14, 2026.
Ships to your branch location — never a home address.

How many items can I order?

5 items: any five apparel items. A few select items (mainly outerwear) are limited to 1 each — you can order one of each, just not two of the same. A hat is optional — add one if you'd like, but it isn't required. Your cart tracks your picks and unlocks checkout once you've chosen your 5 apparel items. It's all provided at no cost.

Do I pay anything at checkout?

No. Your uniform is provided by Johnstone at no charge, and shipping to your branch is free — your order total is $0.

I can't access the store — what do I do?

Sign in with your Johnstone work email — sign in or register and we'll send you a 6-digit code (no password). If you still can't get in, contact your location manager or reach out through our contact form.

Can I order after August 14?

Yes — in-stock items (hats, bags, accessories) are available to order anytime. The August 14 cutoff applies to custom decorated apparel only. Orders placed after August 14 for bulk-run items will be held for the next production run.
